The following applies to the purchase of products from Mesmerize Designs. If you place an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.
I understand that I am responsible for complying with my Country's importation laws and taxes, and that all goods are shipped at the Purchaser's risk. (For customers outside mainland UK only).
I understand that Mesmerize Designs products can only be despatched upon full payment. The Product(s) stated on the invoice shall remain the sole property of the Mesmerize Designs until the Company has received payment in full.
We aim to deliver your order to you within 5-7 working days of receipt of your payment, although there is usually a much quicker turnaround. This may vary for orders from outside the mainland UK. If the item you want is out of stock, then your order will be processed as a back order and despatched at the first available date. In the case of a particular item being discontinued, a full refund will be issued.
I understand that all Mesmerize Designs products offered for sale are subject to stock availability.
For more information on Returns, please read our seperate Returns Policy.If the goods are faulty or the wrong item has been despatched, an exchange or full refund will be given. It is vital to obtain proof of postage / receipt when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit when being returned back to us. I understand that due to the continual updating of our products and fluctuations in exchange rates, Mesmerize Designs reserves the right to change product specifications and amend prices without notice. The price you pay will be the one that was used on our website at the time of your order.
Faulty goods or Wrong items
The customer must notify us within three days of the date of delivery if any of the goods are faulty or are not as ordered. We will then replace the item as agreed and will be sent out with no extra charge. If a replacement is not possible, then a full refund will be given within 14 days of us receiving the returned items. Mesmerize Designs will not accept any return items that have been damaged through misuse, accidental or intent howsoever caused. If you do not inform us within three days from the date of receipt, then we will not be liable for any items said to be damaged/faulty or incorrect on delivery. Damaged Deliveries
If a package arrives in a damaged condition, please do not open it, but immediately ask the delivery company to return the package and inform us immediately.
Promotional Codes
All promotional codes issued by Mesmerize Designs are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated or at our discretion. Any promotional code used to purchase or discount an item on our website cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Returned item(s)
It is the customers responsibility to ensure that returned item(s) are adequately packaged as a replacement will only be made for jewellery that is received in good condition. We also suggest that you obtain proof of postage, either recorded/special delivery as when returning goods. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Allways include proof of purchase (copy of invoice or receipt). Mesmerize Designs returns policy does not affect your UK statutory rights
